The best part was that they even put down several colors of stain on the floor so I could see which one would look best on a larger scale than just the wood chips samples given by the stain manufacturers.  Euro Custom is the first contractor I have worked with who seemed every bit as concerned with my satisfaction after I signed the contract as they told me they would be before I committed.

European Custom Hardwood Floors did an outstanding job on our floors. The "Old floors" were refinished, and all the floors stained beautifully.  The quality of workmanship is excellent, and we couldn't be more happy with the way the floors look.  
They did an excellent job with communication throughout the project and completed the project quickly on our timeline, which involved working around Christmas and over New Year's.  The men working in our home were professional and trustworthy - even patient enough to answer the endless questions of our curious 7 year son.

Tibor was great! He was very flexible on the times that he could meet me. When he arrived, he was extremely nice and courteous. He was very fast and efficient when assessing my flooring needs. He was also very mindful of how I wanted the outcome to look. Tibor was also extremely patient and knowledgeable answering all of my questions. European Custom Hardwoods did an outstanding job for us. They restored our 15+ year old hardwoods and then installed and finished more hardwood throughout the house to make it all match.  You cannot tell the old woods from the new.  This involved our kitchen, living room, staircase, two hallways, and two small closets. Thorough and attention to detail.  We were able to choose our stain from a series of samples.

All of the workers were professional on the site. The neighbors were took note of how nice and hard working the whole crew was throughout the experience.  Very trustworthy and we couldn't be happier with the end product.

Personally, I wouldn't let anyone else touch my floors.  Tibor's attention to detail is outstanding. You just don't see this type of craftsmanship anymore.  Highly recommend Tibor to deep clean flooring or refinishing.

We used Tibor to refinish our original floors from the 1950s. We had just replaced all the mill work (baseboards and door jambs) in our 1st floor.  He was so careful not to bang them up! He did a great job, and were astounded as transformed our floor that had glued down carpet on it, to a gorgeous glowing feature to our house.  I heartily recommend him for any re-finish! He is great!
